Connect WordPress to AKLELA with One Connect
AKLELA One Connect is the connection process for WordPress websites. Installation requires access to WordPress administration and permission to add plugins. Make a backup before installing or updating plugins.
1. Install the official plugin
Get the AKLELA One Connect ZIP from the WordPress connection area of your AKLELA account. In WordPress, open Plugins, Add New, Upload Plugin. Select the ZIP, install and activate it. If your hosting blocks plugins, contact the person responsible for your website.
2. Connect and authorise the website
Open AKLELA One Connect in WordPress and choose Connect. Sign in to AKLELA, confirm the website and authorise the connection. Use the account that manages the correct business. Never share your WordPress password in a support conversation.
3. Check the connection and test
Return to WordPress and confirm the connected status. Open your site as a visitor and test the chatbot. If it does not appear, check the authorised domain, widget settings and website cache. Ask the AKLELA chatbot for help; if the issue persists, open a ticket in the Support menu.
